Frequently asked questions
Can we take bookings for several courts at once?
Yes. Each court is its own line on the grid, and a club can book several at the same time.
Can prices differ by hour?
Yes. Standard, prime time and weekend rates are set per time band, not per booking.
What happens if someone books and never pays?
The hold expires after the set time and the slot goes back on the grid automatically.
Can customers book themselves?
Yes, through the Zalo Mini App — they see live availability and hold a slot in a couple of taps.
