Is a signature drawn on screen legally valid?
Electronic signatures are recognised under the Law on E-Transactions. For a higher standard, enable digital signing through BKAV eContract under Decree 130/2018.
What if the member has no email address?
The contract is still created and signed. The system asks for an email at that moment, or you add it to the profile later.
Can templates follow our own branding?
Yes. One template per package type, auto-filled with member details and your own terms.
Can old paper contracts be brought in?
Yes. Attach a scan to the member profile so everything is in one place.
